Very similar to the 2018, this new pale lemon in color, this Sauvignon Blanc has an intense guava nose. Both translate to the palate, the citrus picks up on the mid, but the melon brings complexity and interest. It has fantastic structure throughout; perfectly balanced acidity gives you a crisp, clean finish with just a bit of spice... call it cardamom? :) While fantastic with food I find this one to be an excellent porch-pounder. :)
