Black n’ blue burgers

 
 

Makes 12 burgers

INGREDIENTS:

2 lbs each, Short Ribs, meat off the bone, Brisket and Sirloin

3-4 oz blue cheese, frozen to keep the nice chunks (reserve some to mix with Greek yogurt for topping)

1 Tbsp Salt & Pepper

1 Tbsp Garlic Powder

1 Tbsp Onion Powder

Chop all the meats together into a fine blend, fold the meat together as you chop.

Mix in garlic and onion powder, and continue to fold and chop. Add in blue cheese, and continue to fold and chop.

Form into patties, grill or fry - adding lots of fresh black pepper to both sides as they cook.
Mix some yogurt and blue cheese to spread on the buns.

Load them up and serve with a nice Cabernet... like my '17 Reserve Messenger!
