Balsamic Asparagus
Ingredients:
1 bunch of Asparagus
4 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 cup shredded/grated Parmesan cheese
1 -2 tsp Red Pepper Balsamic glaze (optional)

Chop the harder, bottom ends off the asparagus (about 1 to 1 1/2 inch. Get a nice 1 gallon freezer bag and place the asparagus in the bag.
Add the balsamic, olive oil, garlic and onion powder on top of the asparagus... mix together with your hand, press out the air and seal. Place in fridge for 2 hours up to 6 hours to marinade.
Pre-heat oven to 400° Spread out the asparagus on a baking sheet. Bake for 6-7 minutes... the asparagus should be slightly 'floppy", not hard... sprinkle with cheese and bake another 2 to 4 minutes until cheese is melted... oh boy! Remove from oven, then as you plate the asparagus, drizzle the Red Pepper balsamic on top for an extra kick of flavor! Cheers!
