Cheese stuffed bacon wrapped dates
Ingredients:
15-20 Large Ripe Dates
1 packet Goat Cheese (Plain or Herb)
1/2 brick Cream Cheese
1-2 oz Blue Cheese Pack of quality thin-sliced Bacon - cut in half

Pre-heat oven to 350°
Cook bacon for about 6-10 minutes in the oven.
After bacon is cooked a bit, remove from oven and up the heat to 400°...
Cut dales lengthwise, remove pit and use your thumb to gently open the dates up to make room for the cheese.
Alternate filling dates with the three different cheeses, so you have a nice variety of flavors. Wrap the 1/2 slice of pre-cooked bacon around the stuffed dates. Fold so bacon ends are on the bottom, then place each wrapped date onto a baking sheet lined with foil.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes... you want the bacon crisp and the cheeses melted... Remove from oven and place on serving dish, fill your glass and enjoy.
