Auntie fay’s steak strips

 
 

Ingredients:

1 Flank steak or London Broil (you can cut into strips or marinade the entire slab) I like to cook the strips...

3/4 cup oil - Olive, Avocado or Peanut

1/4 cup soy sauce

2-3 teaspoons ground ginger

2-3 teaspoons granulated garlic (not garlic salt)

2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar

1 tablespoon honey

In a 1 gallon plastic freezer bag, combine all ingredients, smoosh the bag to combine thoroughly then add the strips to the bag. Zip the bag almost closed then squeeze the air out as much as you can. Seal up rest of the way.

Place in fridge for 5 to 24 hours... more time, more flavor (can also be frozen up to a month).

Grill or pan fry to desired doneness, serve with baked potatoes or any fun picnic food! Enjoy!
